Toshiba has rolled out at CES 2010 new additions to its Satellite, Qosmio and Tecra notebooks featuring Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 processors.

The systems run the gamut from budget-friendly systems aimed at both consumers and business to high-performance, media-savvy rigs clearly aimed at the digital entertainment and gaming crowd. And the new systems are coming soon, with Core i7-equipped models landing at retailers as early as January 12, and the Core i3 and i5 models landing on January 17.

At the high end, the new Qosmio X505 will be available with either Core i7 or i5 CPUs, Nvidia GeForce 360M graphics, and will support options like multiple 7200 rpm hard drives, a Blu-ray disc drive, “ultrafast” memory, and a top-notch audio system from Harmon Kardon.

Qosmio X505's have 18.4-inch LED backlit display with a native 1,920 by 1,080 for full appreciation of high-definition content and games, with a MSRP starting from $1200.

Toshiba's Tecra A11 series aims at businesses, and will be available with either Core i3, i5, or i7 CPUs, a 15.6-inch display, optional Nvidia graphics, and Toshiba’s EasyGuard technology to help prevent damage from bumps and spills.

Pricing on the Tecra A11s should start at $880.

Toshiba’s Satellite U505 are designed to be portable, stylish, and powerful. U505's have 13-inch display, Core i3 or i5 processors, and options including a touch screen and WiMax 4G mobile connectivity.

Satellite U505s price start at $650.

If a larger screen is more appealing, the Satellite M505s will sport Core i3 processors and a 14-inch display starting at $670.

Those who want a larger screen should check out the Satellite P505: 18.4-inch display with either a Core i3 or Core i7 processor, plus Nvidia GeForce 310M graphics, 500 GB of hard drive storage, 4 GB of RAM, and a starting price of $800.

Toshiba’s new Satellite L505 and L55 series are designed to be all-purpose workhorses, offering Core i3 or i5 processors, large displays (15.6 inches in the L505 and 17.3 inches in the L555) and friendly price tags: the L505s will start at $459.99 and the L555s will start at $650.

Those looking for a variety of configuration options might check out the Satellite A505 series, which will be available with a 16-inch display, Core i3, i5, or i7 processors, and Nvidia GeForce graphics options, and an optional Blu-ray drive. Pricing on the A505s will start at $770.
