AL: Vodafone Albania offers unique opportunity for top college graduates
Vodafone offers an excellent opportunity for graduate students called “Vodafone Global Opportunity for Graduates –Discover Vodafone”.
According to Vodafone Albania Human Resource Director Alma Varfi, developing and inspiring talent is a priority of Vodafone and “Discover Vodafone” is a brand new global program for newly graduates present in 21 countries, including Albania. This program has been created to make sure the world’s top graduates get the opportunity to join Vodafone. “We would like to invite all those who have just graduated with excellent results to apply for “Vodafone Global Opportunity for Graduates –Discover Vodafone”, Varfi stated.
She explained that by joining the “Discover Vodafone” program, graduates would have a real opportunity to strengthen their practical skills by developing and implementing innovations for customers. In 12 months, five of Albania’s top graduates can expect to experience three different rotations - this will give them a real chance to get involved and make a name for themselves within their chosen field, but also get a general view of the various functions of a global company. Varfi said that this opportunity was likely to be very challenging and, as there were only a few spaces available each year, the competition shall be fierce. Throughout this time, the graduates will have the opportunity to discuss about their future going and how they would like their career to progress.
