EN: 1.7 million iPhone 4 sold! Counting continues.
Apple announced today that they had sold 1.7 million iPhone 4 units till Saturday June 26, reports Reuters. If you remember 600 000 were the ordered units only for day 1. May be only the difficulties the company faced previously with pre-orders are delaying the numbers to be even higher.
Steve Jobs had already apologized to the "customers who were turned away" because the company did not have enough supply. "This is the most successful product launch in Apple's history," he said. We just wonder how far can this fever gets.
At the moment the only US provider where the biggest sales are is AT&T.
