RO: Cosmote Romania announces a new Connect 3G tariff plan
A new tariff plan is available in COSMOTE Romania and its partners stores, designed to respond even better to the customers communication needs.
Thus, starting July 15th 2010, users can subscribe to a new tariff plan called Connect Now+, offering 2GB included traffic at a download speed of up to 7.2 Mbps, for only 6.71 euro monthly fee (VAT not included).
COSMOTE Romania’s 3G mobile broadband services are available through Connect 3G packages, the best proposition on the market for mobile Ιnternet and laptop connectivity, offering the highest data volumes at the most advantageous prices, with speeds of up to 21.6 Mbps (ex: 5GB for 10 euro/month, VAT not included).
CDMA technology
Complementary to Connect 3G services, in COSMOTE stores there is also available another offer for laptop connectivity of CDMA technology, through Connect EVDO, for the widest coverage of high speed Internet using CDMA/EVDO technology, at speeds of up to 3.1 Mbps.
The Connect 3G services are currently available in approximately 3.300 localities all over the country. The 3G network offers Internet access with high speeds of up to 21.6 Mbps. The Connect 3G services offered by COSMOTE Romania to its subscribers are also available when roaming, in 33 countries through 42 roaming partners in Europe, USA, Turkey but also in more exotic destinations like United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong or Uzbekistan.
