RO: Romtelecom will launch Dolce Sport
Romtelecom, one ot the biggest pay-per-view TV services provider from Romania, announced that the company will be launching next month its own sport TV station.
It is called Dolce Sport and it will be airing football matches from the Champions League.
Now the rights for airing matches from the domestic football championship are owned by the consortium Antena 1 - RCS&RDS, but this could be the first step for Romtelecom to enter this market.
The launch of Dolce Sport TV station it's not a surprise, if we consider the fact that that the company is owned by OTE and Deutsche Telekom and wants to reach the first place on the TV market in 3 years.
The station will be available with no extra costs for Romtelecom’s clients.
