Touchscreen for youngers with LG Wink Series
Definitely targeted at the younger customers or “Generation Z”, LG Wink Series offers brand new three models - Wink, Wink Style and Wink 3G. They all feature a touch-sensitive display with a virtual QWERTY keyboard that can be used in both portrait/landscape mode, FM radio and microSD slot combined with a media player and 3.5 mm audio jack.
The base model and the most compact LG Wink (T300) has a 2.4" 240 x 320 touchscreen, camera and GPRS/EDGE support. The newxt one - LG Wink Style (T310) offers a 2.8" screen and "a variety of color options with accents on the front button panel". The most sophisticated LG Wink 3G (T320) has a QVGA touchscreen like the others, and it appears to support 3G. This is all we can tell about the Wink Series by now, we will let you know if LG provide further details for the three touchscreen phones.
According to LG, the Wink Series will be available in Europe and the Middle East in the mid-August.
