Apple introduced its all new iPod players
At its yesterday's event Apple has introduced a lot of new things, which will definitely keep the buzz around the company for quite a long time now. It was Apple's Music Event and we witnessed the premiere of three new iPod models.
These were actually the good old shuffle, nano and touch, but completely overhauled - with new design and new features.
iPod shuffle is now even smaller, it comes in different colours, has its buttons back and its battery promises up to 15 hours of playback time. The player comes with 2 GB of memory and costs $49.
iPod nano is also more reduced in size and weight, but the most interesting innovation is its touchscreen with multitouch support. It comes with 16 or 32 GB of memory and costs $149 and $179 respectively. FM radio is also on board.
The most powerful player is the iPod touch, which now features Retina display, FaceTime video calling via Wi-Fi, HD video recording and others. The touch is now thinner than ever - 7.2 mm!
