Google Talk now offers voice and video chat for smartphones
Google has just announced the new version of its Google Talk application, which now offers free voice and video talks for smartphones with Android OS.
So far, voice and video conversations via the Google Talk application were only an option for tablets with Android 3.0 Honeycomb. With the new version however all owners of Android-based smartphone will also be able to use it.
Initially the new option will be only available for Google Nexus S, but later will come to all Android 2.3+ phones.
