CONTEST RULES PLAY&WIN - MOBILE NEWS
SUMMARY: To enter the Game first you have to Log In. Each game consists of 10 questions. Every correct answer gives you points as follows:
- true answer - 5 points
- true answer after using Need Help? button - 3 points.
We do not cut points for a wrong answer, so Play and Win.
The prize will be for one of you who collect as many points as to be in Top 50 in the Contest Results page.

1. ORGANIZER and CONTEST RULES
The contest is organized by TRIM Publications Ltd., commercial entity from Bulgaria, having its offices at 145B G. S. Rakovski Str., fl.1, Sofia, Bulgaria. Contest participants must observe the terms and the conditions of the official rules of the contest, in accordance with the below mentioned rules. The rules will be made public at www.news-mobile.eu. The organizer has the right to modify or change the present regulation and the modifications will come into force only after the related announcement on www.news-mobile.eu.
2. DURATION OF THE CONTEST
The contest will be launched on 18th January and it will last until 31th March 2010. The contest will run in accordance with the terms of the present regulations. All the awards mentioned in the present must be claimed the latest in 5 working days from the closing of the contest.
3. The COURSE OF THE CONTEST
The participation in the contest is free for all users of full age. In the contest, are not allowed to participate TRIM Publications Ltd.'s employees or their relatives. The participants must visit the website www.news-mobile.eu, in the section "Register a new account" and create a new account. All the participants agree and must offer correct personal data for registration. After registration on the site, each participant has an account opened on MobileNews. If the user has already created an account, the authentication will be made by the username and the password already given to the initial registration. After registration, the users can access the section "Play" and, implicit, the layout of the game.
The contest will run as following:
The participants have to log in the Game and answer to a set of questions Each correct answer counts 5 points, not correct - 0 points. If the participant doesn't know the answer, he/she may use Hint (Need help?) section and go to the section on the www.news-mobile.eu learn the correct answer and play again. This time each player's correct answer earns 3 points. In order to participate to the draw, each participant must have at least one correct answer in one full game played. Each game consists of 10 questions. At the end of every game the winners will be chosen by drawing from all the participants during the game period.
The contest rules can be filled with different explanatory notes.
4. HOW TO CLAIM AND RECEIVE THE AWARDS
All the chosen winners, according with the rules mentioned in the 3rd section, must claim their award within 5 working days from the announcement. The claiming will be made sending on the editorial's email info@news-mobile.eu a copy of the identity card. If the winner doesn't claim his/her award, the prize will be reported for the next draw. The prizes will be given personally, sent by courier or by post to the address given by the winner. TRIM Publications Ltd. doesn't have any liability if a winner provided wrong contact data.
5. LIABILITY
By participating to the contest, all the participants and the eventual winners agree and must observe and conform to all the requests and conditions imposed by the Organizer by the present regulation. The lack of observation of these rules will held liable exclusive the participant or the eventual winner.
The organizer can not be held liable for the quality of the prized. The Organizer doesn't offer warranty certificates for the prizes.
6. PERSONAL DATA
By participating to Mobile News Game, all the users agree with the publishing on www.news-mobile.eu of their name and town in all the linguistic versions, in case they will win the prize.
The winners agree to participate to the publicity and marketing activities of TRIM Publications Ltd. , as well as to the interviews, photo shoots and public announcements in mass-media.
TRIM Publications Ltd. commits not to make public the real personal data of the winners without their prior consent.
By simple participation in the contest and by sending the personal data to the Organizer, or by communicating the personal data on the site www.news-mobile.eu, the participants agree their data to be stocked into the data base of the organizer, to be used in the future by the company for information regarding new products, offers, promotions, advertisement and marketing campaigns. After written request from behalf of the participants, the Organizer will not use their personal data.
7. CONTEST ENDING
In case of vis maior, TRIM Publications Ltd. has the right to stop or to cease the contest.
8. DISPUTE
The possible disputes which might appear between the Organizer and the participants to the present contest will be settled amicable or, in case this will not be possible, the dispute will be solved by the competent instances.
